Video game soundtracks rarely catch my attention, but Sword and Sworcery‘s, created by Jim Guthrie was love at first listen. You can buy the OST here (and the game itself — or rather an art form — here).

Just out of curiousity, have you played or listened to the ‘Scott Pilgrim vs. The World’ videogame soundtrack? It was put together by Anamanaguchi, and personally, I think it’s amazing! One of the best videogame soundtracks I’ve ever heard.

There are some other great videogame-soundtracks, though.
Super Meat Boy has some true gems, and so does Frozen Synapse, only to give two examples.+

You… well, in fact, EVERYONE, should try a game called Machinarium.

I second what T.Danza said about Scott Pilgim Vs the World the Videogames soundtrack. “Another Winter” in particular.

Reminds my of one of pyramids albums for some reason

The art style on a recent Pyramid album was very Sword & Sworcery-esque, that’s probably why.
